2 ingredient gluten free pizza dough

(But You can use normal self raising flour if you wish ! )

2 ingredient Gluten free Pizza dough

Sometimes you need to plan to be off plan to fit in with your social life & other peoples diets

And I needed gluten free pizza base but not cauliflower that I normally use ( recipe for that in highlights) but low calorie as I could .

So, I tried the 2 ingredient pizza dough recipe with gluten free flour & lowered the calories with @eatlean cheese & low calorie toppings

If you want to give it a try šŸ‘‡

300 g self-rising flour ( I got mine from @sainsburys @dovesfarm , gluten-free, but choice is yours )

300 g @grahamsthefamilydairy skyr yogurt

( you can season or add herbs if you like aswell, but I stuck to basic )

And then ,

Your toppings of choice !

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a large tray with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine your flour & yogurt ( slowly so you can judge if you need it all ) then mix until fully combined. Use your hands to finely mix the ingredients together, until a smooth, thick dough remains. Knead it into a ball shape.

Lightly dust a flat surface with flour. Lightly dust some flour on top of the ball of dough, and transfer the ball of dough onto the floured suface. Press the dough into your pizza shape of choice ( I made a large one to share)

Transfer your pizza crust onto the lined pan.

Bake for 5/6 mins until itā€™s starts to rise , then carefully flip over.

Then add your chosen pizza sauce & Top with toppings of choice & bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges have gone slightly golden brown.

This one is topped with passata sauce with a bit of garlic , cooked low fat bacon bits , homemade mini 5% beef meatballs, mushrooms and a couple of @eatlean cheeses & a bit of light mozzarella & some Italian herbs

I got 10 large slices out of it !

Hope your all having a fantastic weekend!
