A Packhack for a special occasion...

I’ve been known to do the occasional Packhack with my products....

Well ..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY @exantediet !!..

Occasionally I’ve been known to do a double whammy Packhack for a special occasion.. and I thought that this might warrant it !....

A NEW FLAVOUR @exantediet shake !!!... EXCITING!!!!!!

An @exantediet vegan carrot Birthday cake ..

I used 2 packs for this ( 1x carrot cake shake & 1x porridge) and a small egg and 10g almond flour .. so the calories are for 3 portions .. .. I thought I’d share with my Hubby later with a coffee for my 200calorie meal ( and maybe a slice for tomorrow!!!!.. ) .. 😋🥳

But I really wanted to make it !.. so I did !...

.

.

1 x Birthday carrot cake packet (202 calories & 15g carbs)

1x porridge oats packet (200 calories & 17g carbs)

1x small egg ( 55 calories)

50g Greek yogurt ( 75 calories & 2.5g carbs)

2x tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp xanthan gum

10g almond flour ( 61 calories & 0.6g carbs)

Pinch cinnamon

Splash water to get cake consistency

. Whole cake Totals ( 3 x portions) - 593 calories & 35.1g carbs

.

.

= 107 calories & 11.7g carbs a portion !...


Mix everything together in a bowl and transfer to a prepared baking tin of choice ( I used a small 12 cm cake tin )

Bake at 170 for 25 minutes ( checking oven )

.

I used low fat cream cheese and @nkdliving Erythritol icing sugar for the top !!..

.( which will add about 15 calories on each portion!)

.

Like I said there is 3 big slices at under 200 calories each ...
