A Giant Burger to share !!..

( low carb & low calorie!!)

I m off out to go swimming soon !( yay !!)

But I wanted to share what I had last night after the gym .. Iโ€™d burnt some calories so I was allowing myself to add a bit more calories to eat them back ... but the recipe turned out to still be on plan !! .. The protein bread Iโ€™ve been making is AMAZING!!.. And is helping me stay on track !!..

And it really is gorgeous! The texture is just right !..

I even had toast with it the other day ! ( Iโ€™ve made lots of things with it , which I will share )


ANYWAY...

200g @tescofood scotch 5% fat beef mince ( 266 calories & 0g carbs)

20g @eatlean cheese melted ( 34 calories & 0.2g carbs)

50g mushroom ( 11 calories & 1.6g carbs )

10g onion ( 4 calories & 1.1g carbs )

2 x gerkins ( 6 calories & 1.6g carbs )

10g salad (2 calories & 0.3g carbs

1x large homemade protein bun ( I made with eggs and @myproteinuk egg whites) ( 180 calories & g carbs

Squirt @fakeawayfoodco burger sauce ( 6 calories & 0g carbs )


WHOLE BURGER WAS 503 calories & 3.2g carbs


I SHARED IT WITH THE HUBSTER !!

So each half was only 252 calories & 3.2g carbs !!

I made the beef mince into a giant burger Pattie and dry fried it on both sides until cooked.

Chopped the lettuce and onions and gherkins whilst cooking and sliced my Big Homemade protein bun in half & melted the @eatlean cheese ..

Then once cooked I stacked and cut in half and munched ...


AMAZEBALLS!! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿคฏ


Recipe for the protein bread is my highlights on Instagram or a couple posts down ... .. ( it was about a 1/5 of the mixture, but you will be able to judge what size you want to make ) the rest I made some hot dog rolls out of !)
