(with 4 prawns!)
Here is a meal idea I tried out recently and I must say it was yummy.
Total calories per portion came to 266kcal with 4.2g of carbs.
Calories were slightly over when prepared but it was a gym day for me.
200Cal can be achieved for this recipe by reducing the quantity of Salmon.
Ingredients are as follows:-
100g - Salmon - 170kcal -
50g - Mushrooms - 11kcal
50g - Spinach - 12kcal
4 x King Prawns - 26kcal
1/2 Stock - 15kcal
1 x Laughing Cow Light - 25kcal
1/2 Tablespoon - Parmesan 21kcal
1 x tablespoon milk - 7kcal
Garlic
Turmeric
pinch paprika
pinch 5 spice
teaspoon mild curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
50g - Spinach - 12kcal
S&P( Seasoning)
Place Salmon in the oven to cook at 180 degrees for aprox 20mins (check at regular intervals) whilst pan frying the mushrooms, garlic, prawns, spinach , all spices & seasoning.
Add chicken stock, along with laughing cow light, milk & Parmesan and stir together until creamy.
Pop cooked Salmon on top and serve.
