A different way of eating your Eggs .... I weigh all my ingredients out that I’m allowed ... this is 200 kcal of 1 egg and ham , mushrooms spinach and a baby bel light ...
Then chop all ingredients up and pop in frying pan with a bit of fry lite ( not babybel yet) ... and sauté until nearly cooked , make a hole in the middle and crack your egg in , add babybel around egg & season and cook till egg is how you like it ! ( sometimes popping a lid over it to steam helps)
