Pimped up Porridge bowl

This will get you going !!

This is an amazing morning Yum !!! .. If I’m having an early one , and needing something filling to keep myself going I sometimes make something scrummy but on plan with my 200 calories for the day ..

.

This is a tasty one !....


MY BANOFFEE PORRIDGE BOWL


A loaded #porridgebowl .. made with a mixture of products.. from @skinnyfoodco & @exante ....it was absolutely lovely xx ...In each bowl I used 25 g @skinnyfoodco porridge (92 calories &17g carbs) 1/4 @exantediet salted caramel bar chopped up ( 52 calories 5g carbs ) a squirt of @skinnyfoodco banoffee syrup and a small blob of @skinnyfoodco salted caramel spread !

Soo good !!

So Each bowl was .. 195 calories & 26g carbs ...

Absolutely LISH and it will set us up For the day !
